He’s at it again, folks! Big Ed Brown from 90 Day Fiancé is engaged for the fourth time. This time around, he didn’t need the TLC cameras to find love. Instead, he found it at a sandwich shop in Plantation, Florida. Let this be proof that you never know when true love will find you.
Big Ed’s 24-hour, whirlwind romance
TMZ got all of the details about Ed’s latest relationship. He confirmed that his new lady is a 29-year-old named Porscha Raemond. They met at a sandwich shop called Capriotti’s during a fan meet-and-greet of all places. Is anyone else seeing any red flags here?
According to Big Ed, it was “love at first bite.” Then, 24 hours after the meet and greet, he popped the question. It’s like something straight out of a rom-com.
Of course, fans of 90 Day Fiancé probably still have a little bit of whiplash from his last romance. We saw him and Liz Woods go back and forth over a dozen times. Earlier this year, he confirmed that they called it quits thanks to a bad batch of taco pasta. That paved the way for Porscha to step onto the scene.
Since Big Ed and Porscha only knew each other for a day, he obviously didn’t have time to pick out a ring or do any of the other nice things that you’d expect from an engagement. Instead, he asked the manager of the restaurant they were at for a paperclip. He bent it into a ring and slid it on her finger. And they say romance is dead?
Ultimately, Porscha said “yes” to the paper clip ring. As wild as all of this sounds, sources close to Big Ed claim this love is the real deal. We’ll see what happens in a week. For now, congratulations to the happy couple!
