There’s still no word on when Season 14 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will air on Bravo, but for the last few months, the entire cast has been teasing us with what to expect. The latest to offer a glimpse into the new season is Kathy Hilton, who said the upcoming season is about to be more real than ever.
We know that we’re going to see a couple of marriages fall apart, and earlier this year, Garcelle Beauvais teased that Dorit Kemsley is “activated” as certain friendships start to shift. On top of all of that, Kathy just teased that with the new edition of Bozoma Saint John to the cast, they’ve got the perfect recipe for a fabulous season.
Kathy Hilton has high hopes for Season 14
Obviously, we expect a show like RHOBH to be somewhat real. It’s in the title. However, Kathy explained to Extra TV why Season 14 is going to be realer than real.
“There’s a lot of drama, there’s a lot of heart, there’s a lot of soul, there’s a lot of real reality — not manufactured,” Kathy explained.
Part of that “real reality” involves her sister, Kyle Richards. She previously said that she had several “bad days” while filming Season 14. Watching your estranged husband vacationing in Greece with another woman tends to have that effect, but it sounds like she had Kathy in her corner.
In addition to all of the marital drama, Kathy shared how Bozoma joining the RHOBH crew felt like a breath of fresh air. It sounds like everyone clicked with her, and having a new person in the cast might have helped everyone open up a little bit more.
Kathy explained, “I think we’re going to learn a lot about each and everyone, and Boz, our new Housewife, is incredible. She’s a superstar, and all the girls really love her.”
She continued gushing, “I thought, ‘Wow… she’s a businesswoman and she really feels so comfortable and she’s amazing.’ She fits in.”
Although plenty of Kathy’s castmates have also promised big things for Season 14, there’s something about hearing it from Kathy that makes it hit home. If she’s hyping up Season 14 to this degree, we have no choice but to believe her. She wouldn’t lie, would she?
