There are a lot of changes happening with Mauricio Umansky these days, personally and professionally. The ex of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards recently debuted his new relationship with girlfriend Nikita Khan. When he’s not busy jet-setting around the world with her, he’s focused on expanding his real estate empire. And his newest location for The Agency is none other than Bentonville, Arkansas.
Mauricio Umansky chose Bentonville because their population is “projected to triple by 2050”
They say when one door closes another one opens, and that is just what happened for Mauricio. His show Buying Beverly Hills was not renewed for a third season. But now he’s launching a real estate coaching network. While he and Kyle are no more, Mauricio is living the high life and vacationing in Greece with his new lady.
And that good energy continued with his plans to open a new real estate office in Arkansas. AMP reported the details of The Agency’s newest location. Mauricio said, “We are thrilled to announce The Agency’s arrival in Bentonville, a city known for its robust economic growth and dynamic real estate opportunities.”
Arkansas seems a long way from Beverly Hills. Still, Mauricio has his reasons why he picked this up-and-coming area. And it’s not just for the hush puppies.
He shared, “Bentonville’s impressive development, including its proximity to major corporate headquarters, makes it an ideal location for our newest office. We are excited to bring our exceptional service to this community alongside our new partners, Kaala House, Calah Andelman, and Alex Andelman, as we embark on this next chapter for The Agency.”
It’s also noted that Bentonville “has been identified as a key market, with its population projected to triple by 2050.” This new office is “part of The Agency’s global expansion strategy, with the brokerage opening 25 new offices in 2024 alone.”
This also sounds like a great opportunity for a real estate show based in the South. We need Andy Cohen and a camera in Bentonville, stat!
