During Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, series vet Shannon Beador was driving the struggle bus. She was at odds with Tamra Judge over her drinking. Of course, Tamra was concerned after Shannon was charged with a DUI. Plus, Shannon’s ex, John Janssen was dating her co-star, Alexis Bellino. And he was suing Shannon for money that he claimed he loaned her for a facelift. So, many fans were concerned about Shannon heading into the reunion, but newbie Katie Ginella assured the world that Shannon was fine.

Shannon’s co-stars, Katie and Jennifer Pedranti were guests on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. And they chatted about the Season 18 RHOC reunion with host Jeff Lewis. “I talked to her the day after the reunion, and she was running around like crazy. The reunion was a lot, I would say, for Shannon. The season was a lot for Shannon,” Jennifer explained. “She did great,” Katie added.
Then Jennifer mentioned that Shannon was getting ready to go out of town. “I’m giving her space,” Jeff stated. “Yeah, and then I’ll just, I’ll circle back.”
However, Katie made no secret of the fact that her first reunion drained her life force. “The reunion, I had to take two days to recover, by the way,” Katie said. “I was like, ‘I feel like I’m coming out of like a coma.’ I laid in bed for two days.”
Of course, Jeff was sympathetic. “I can’t imagine,” he stated. “That is such a long day. What time did you start?” Katie replied, “We got to the studio at what? Like 7:30, 8:00? And then we wrapped at like 7:30 or 8:00.”
That doesn’t seem that long to me. But then again, I’m not wearing a gown and screaming at everyone for more than 10 hours. “Everybody said that we wrapped, they felt like, a little bit earlier or they thought we were gonna go later,” Jennifer added.
Well, at least Shannon held her own at the reunion. In a surprising twist, Tamra seemed to hint that her relationship with Shannon might be back on track. That is a big switch from claiming that Shannon’s “superpower is playing victim.”
