Season 10 of Married to Medicine showed a quick change among the doctors. The network decided to bring back Phaedra Parks, which thrilled fans. The ladies were busy bees as they planned their first Med Gala and worked on their relationships. Some new faces were in the group, such as Dr. Alicia Egolum, who fought the whole season to prove her husband wasn’t sexist. Quad Webb was often a special guest, but she steered clear since the introduction of Sweet Tea, her ex-husband’s new wife. Now that we have a release date for the next installment, here is everything you need to know about Season 11.

The Married to Medicine cast has been busy

According to the Bravo press release, Dr. Jackie Walters is still the peacekeeper in the group. The OBGYN is still “taking care of her celebrity clients and championing women’s health all the way to the White House.” Dr. Simone Whitmore has become very selective when it comes to her friendships. But her husband Cecil Whitmore “is making it his mission to help her get on track with everyone, including Quad.” Next up is the resident pot stirrer, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, who is “doing some self-reflection and while trying to right her wrongs, some things will be easier said than done.”

Toya Bush-Harris “is making sure everyone in the group stays accountable.” And after a tough personal last season, Quad is ready “and willing with open arms to give dating another whirl while also making a fresh start with the women.” Even though fans know Phaedra is moving over to the Real Housewives of Atlanta, our favorite peach is back for a few cameos as she tries her best to repair the broken friendships within the group. Lateasha Lunceford, aka Sweet Tea, has “baby fever and is working full time with Dr. G to expand their family.” Dr. Contessa Metcalfe is back in the mix and showing she is more than ready to form a few “new alliances.”

What is the current Married to Medicine drama?

Dr. Jackie is still very much friends with everyone. However, the press release noted that her annual Med Gala didn’t go as planned. Dr. Jackie is “left with some broken promises, putting her loyalty and patience to the test.” Fans know Jackie doesn’t like to be tested. Simone is all about sisterhood but is still wary of being burned last season. She and Cecil are still responsible for the couple’s trip to Key West, but it becomes a disaster. Heavenly finds herself in a big old mess after she rants about Sweet Tea and Contessa on social media. But some things never change.

With two teenage sons, Toya has her hands full. The tennis lover is all about hosting parties this year and ensuring the group can have some fun. Naturally, Toya oversteps the boundaries and finds herself in quite a dilemma. Tea seems to be the only one trying to avoid that drama. She has started her own dating site for age-gapped lovers and has formed a new relationship with Contessa. Sweet Tea isn’t all about the love, as the trailer showed her losing her cool on Heavenly.

Here’s how fans can watch Married to Medicine Season 11

After Season 10 wrapped, there was a bit of online drama. Heavenly took to X to note, “I’m still here!! But honestly, I don’t think some people can handle being on TV. mentally !! Praying for all.” As fans will remember, the dentist went hard on the newbie, causing Tea to cry. Shortly before the reunion was filmed, Tea spoke out on the What Up with Angela Yee podcast, confirming that Heavenly had crashed her wedding. It all came to a head when the pair had an Instagram Live altercation. Tea mocked Heavnely for having Similac (baby food) in her cabinets. The drama was petty, but both have stuck to their war lines.
