Alexia Nepola’s divorce from Todd might not be happening at all. After almost six months of strange back and forth, things are still back and forth.
News of the divorce broke back in April. Sure, the Real Housewives of Miami stars had their ups and downs in front of the camera, but the thought of divorce took everyone by surprise.
The divorce only grew more confusing as it raged on. In one moment, the two were still sleeping together. Next thing you know, Todd and Alexia weren’t on speaking terms. So, where does that leave things now?
Alexia and Todd Nepola are “still in contact” amid divorce
“Alexia and Todd’s divorce is up in the air,” an alleged insider told Us Weekly. “They are trying to see what’s best for them, even if that means reconciling,” the source explained. “They are still in contact and are still trying to figure out what it all looks like for them. They are figuring out what is the best decision moving forward for all of them.”
The last major update around the divorce similarly suggested it might not happen at all. A recent report from early September informed fans that Todd had taken very little legal action after initially filing for divorce. The report further claimed that if Todd did nothing to follow up on his filing, the divorce would be thrown out completely.
No matter what happens, the most we can hope for is Alexia’s happiness. From an outside perspective, Todd’s treatment of Alexia seems questionable at the very least. In RHOM Season 6, Todd appeared to let Alexia down at almost every turn. He failed to show up to Alexia’s new horizons party, then failed again when it came time to look for a new living space.
