90 Day Fiancé Criminal Michael Eloshway’s Wife’s Letter to Judge Revealed

Trigger Warning: This article contains descriptions of child abuse and sexual exploitation.

While Michael Eloshway awaits his fate in his child pornography case, his wife Aziza Eloshway is still in his corner. The 90 Day Fiancé star penned a letter to the judge begging for mercy. Will it have any impact on the case? That’s still to be determined.

On 90 Day Fiancé, we watched Aziza immigrate from Russia to Ohio to start a life with Mike. They got married and eventually, they welcomed a daughter. Now, Mike is facing up to 20 years in prison for transmitting over 63,000 files of child pornography. The feds alleged that some of the images and videos depicted the rape of a one-year-old baby, sadism, and masochism, but Aziza is still standing by her man.

In a letter obtained by In Touch, Aziza pleaded with the judge in the case to go easy on Mike. She recounted their 90 Day Fiance love story and claimed the child pornography charges were not a reflection of his “true character.”

She wrote, “My name is Aziza, and I am his wife of 11 years. I have known him for over 12 years and can assure you that this conviction is not a reflection of his true character. Mike is a loving father, a caring husband, a loyal friend and, overall, a good and kind person.”

In the letter, Aziza went on to describe her husband as a “kind soul” and a “caring dad.” She said he would frequently take their five-year-old on father-daughter dates. According to Aziza, it would “disturb her life greatly” if he went to prison.

“My family is torn apart, and I know that he has been tortured by his feelings of guilt and regret for the irresponsible mistake that he’s made,” the letter continued.

Mike’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for October 29. In addition to Aziza’s letter of recommendation, he also submitted notes from other family members and friends. They’re all hoping that the judge will take their words into consideration when determining the sentence. In the meantime, Mike is out on bond.
