During the first part of the reunion for Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18, Katie Ginella saw red. A few of her costars dug into her past, and then they aired her dirty laundry on national television. As for their findings, in 2016, a man named Sidnei Silva accused Katie of making false statements to the police, resulting in his arrest. In defending herself against her costars, Katie explained that Sidnei was the problem, not her. But Sidnei has an entirely different tale to tell.

In Touch recently spoke with Sidnei, looking for his side of the events. Spoiler alert: He is now coming for Katie. As for what went down, he claims that Katie was swerving all over the road. And he knows this because he “was [driving] behind her the whole time.”
Sidnei also said that Katie was texting while driving, and her unbuckled children were in the car. He turned his head in her direction, shaking it while saying nothing. “The only thing I did was I looked at her when we stopped at a light,” Sidnei noted.
He drove home, but Katie followed. At his mailbox, she allegedly exited her vehicle and began cursing Sidnei out. He told her that she was on his property, but in his words, she did not believe him. He was in his work van, which failed to match the vibes of his house, so in response, Katie quipped, “We will see about that.”
Katie then called the police, he claimed, communicating that Sidnei was not allowing her to drive away. When the officers arrived, they placed Sidnei in handcuffs and took him to jail, as he reportedly failed to follow their commands. Upon learning what transpired, however, they released Sidnei from custody, dropping all charges while naming Katie as the aggressor. Sidnei then sued Katie, receiving a default judgment, as Katie failed to respond to the courts.
Immediately after, Sidnei tried to place a lien on her house in Florida, but he ran into issues. He is now contacting a California attorney to collect on this judgment.
Yikes.
