As a longtime watcher of Southern Charm, I can vouch for Danni Baird. She had a good heart, often siding with the underdogs in her series. However, Danni knew her limits, choosing to only appear as a friend of the cast; never as a full-timer.
In her lesser-chosen role, Danni remained on air for the first seven seasons of this series. But then, she ran off into the sunset surrounding Charleston, where she had a baby with her new man, Nick Volz. Nick, however, recently upgraded his position in Danni’s life. He is now her husband, and we couldn’t be happier for this sweet little family.

Danni has yet to share any permanent images from her wedding day. I say this because she only posted via her Instagram Stories. Naturally, these snaps have since expired. Thankfully, Bravo collected several screenshots, and these images are viewable here.
As for their backstory, Danni and Nick started dating roughly two years ago. At the end of 2023, they welcomed their first child into their fray. Then, five months ago, Nick proposed.
Danni and Nick were originally planning on eloping right before Jackson’s birth, but their little man arrived two-and-a-half weeks early, wrecking their carefully crafted plans, as babies tend to do. Instead of eloping, they then decided to go with the more traditional route, saying I do in a gorgeous ceremony, which took place 11 months later. And yes, their little boy was one of their guests.
According to their wedding website, their ceremony was at a private residence on Sullivan’s Island in South Carolina. Danni made for a stunning bride in her long-sleeved, white, fit (yet also flared) gown, complete with a plunging neckline, which, yassss, Danni. Her hair, however, was left down and casual, showcasing her natural, laidback vibes, as once seen on Southern Charm.
Danni’s brother escorted her down the aisle. Meanwhile, the only Southern Charmer spotted in attendance was another alum, Madison Simon. Hopefully, a few others were also there, but either way, Danni is happy, and this is all that matters.
Perhaps we will hear more about this in passing via Season 10 of Southern Charm. If Danni even keeps in touch with any of her fellow Charmers, that is.
