RHONJ’s Dolores Catania Reveals ‘Shame’ Over Legs: ‘I Always Wear Long Dresses’

Dolores Catania has had numerous elective procedures over the years to alter her appearance. She’s gone beyond the fillers and botox to target problem areas all over her body. Basically, if it can be done, Dolo has done it. There’s been a tummy tuck, a thigh lift, and three breast augmentations. And that’s not counting the work she’s also had done on her face and neck.

But The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is unapologetic about getting the operations she wants done. Now Dolores reflects on one of her most sensitive spots and how hard she searched for the perfect procedure.

Dolores Catania chose not to expose her knees on camera

“I’ve been ashamed of my legs for so long,” Dolores exclusively told Us Weekly. “I’ve been to so many doctors. I want a leg lift, and I keep going, and nobody really had the right thing to help me.”

It turns out that the Renuvion treatment was exactly what the RHONJ star was looking for. And Dolores recently underwent the treatment to target the area “around the knees.”

“I would say to the cameramen, I’d be like, ‘Please be kind to me.’ Do not get my legs ever in anything. I always wear long dresses,” she said. “You will never really see me in shorts. It’s been a rare occasion if I did.”

“When we filmed in Italy, I forget who on Instagram — it was one of the bad people — took a picture of a baby’s face on a sonogram and put it next to my knee,” the Bravolebrity shared “I was wearing a pair of ripped jeans in Italy, which I should have never done.”

Dolores continued, “It was very early that I didn’t really know the proper way to dress, and [it was] my first time in Europe. They made fun of me. They put a side-by-side of my knee and this picture.”

Thanks to Renuvion, there is also hope for Dolores to mix up her wardrobe. The treatment focuses on tightening loose skin, “almost” like liposuction. Consequently, it was exactly what the RHONJ star was looking for and is now enjoying the “great results” promised by her doctor.

“I was under general anesthesia for about an hour. It was simple. I don’t even think you really have to go under anesthesia for it if you chose not to,” Dolores said of the procedure. Additionally, “It’s a small cannula that goes underneath the skin and it targets the tissue that has no collagen.” Further, “It contracts the loose skin, and that’s what you get your results from.”
