Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo Finalize Divorce

It’s over! Bachelorette alums Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo have finalized their divorce, nearly a year after announcing their split. Like most reality TV divorces, this process was everything but pleasant. The fact that they didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement made things even worse. Now, Rachel is stuck paying a big old chunk of change to her ex-husband.

Rachel and Bryan were married for four years. When they split, insiders said that Bryan was sick of Rachel’s “flightiness.” He wanted to settle down and start a family, but she supposedly couldn’t commit. It drove a wedge between them, and they confirmed their divorce in January 2024.

Since then, the two exes have been at war in divorce court. Bryan, a chiropractor, claimed he was completely broke and needed spousal support to stay afloat. A judge agreed, and Rachel was ordered to pay $13,000 a month in temporary spousal support.

In new court documents obtained by Page Six, the exes have finally reached an agreement. Rachel no longer has to pay the monthly spousal support. Instead, she has to pay him a $500,000 equalization payment.

Fortunately, the nearly $40,000 that she already paid will be applied toward that total. The final amount she owes him is $460,229. Half of that must be paid by next week. She has until January 2026 to cut a check for the other half.

This wasn’t a total loss for Rachel, who allegedly called Bryan a “leech” amid their breakup. She got to keep her engagement ring, her house in North Hollywood, and her 2023 Porsche. She also won’t have to pay Bryan’s legal fees for the divorce. Still, it’s a sad, expensive ending for a romance we watched unfold on reality TV.
