Brianna Duffield is coming on board as a stew in Below Deck Down Under Season 3. This season is not capturing her first time working on a yacht. But who is Brianna? And does she have what it takes to stay on board for the entire season?
The interior department is brand spanking new this season. In contrast, the other departments will receive returning stars from previous runs on Bravo. However, a clean slate might be a gift for Brianna and her team, as the viewers might carry zero expectations about how each of these new faces might present on BDDU.
We are not totally in the dark regarding all things Brianna. Thanks to her Bravo bio and the power of Google, I have gathered many interesting details about our newest stew.
Brianna Duffield is an experienced yachtie
Brianna hails from Mullica Hill, New Jersey. She has two years of experience in the yachting industry, but as she joked about in her bio, nothing could have prepared her for the sheer size of the motor yacht Katina. “What a boat! The interior may swallow me alive [so] help,” she jested.
In speaking about what might shock her non-industry peers, Brianna noted, “As an interior, we never usually have time to go outside. So, yes, we are always pale.” However, this fair-skinned stew carries a healthy glow in her Instagram pictures, so it looks like she does have at least a few seconds to touch grass (or water) during Season 3 of BDDU.
In addition to yachting, Brianna is also a fashion model and influencer. Her LTK (Like To Know It) page boasts everything from sportswear to beauty products to a Vlogging camera. So now we know that Brianna can properly leverage her platforms, which will only increase once her first episode airs on Bravo. Therefore, if Brianna gets axed early, at least her side incomes will still hold strong (maybe).
That said, my money is not riding on her early exit. Based on everything else we are about to report on, Brianna will (likely) present as a drama-free dame on Bravo.

Brianna is a Leo who loves representing her home state of New Jersey. Therefore, her favorite series on Bravo is Real Housewives of New Jersey. Us “Jersey girls gotta stick together,” she jokes in her bio. When not catching the chaos that was RHONJ, Brianna also happily watches Vanderpump Rules.
Sadly for Brianna, both of these series as we know them are now dead in the water. We see you, reboots.
When Brianna is not parked on her couch or sailing on international waters, she enjoys “Free diving, tying knots, surfing, and making the best cocktails.” I love adventurous females with zero fears of death. Brianna also mentioned her mixology skills since stews who fail in this arena are often the norm in this franchise.
Finally, when asked who she bonded with the most this season on BDDU, Brianna revealed that she and her new Chief Stew, Lara Rigby, are endgame pals. “Lara is my bestie for the rest(ie),” she quipped. As the Season 3 trailer teases, Lara will face obstacles during this season.
What the sneak peek for BDDU Season 3 teases about Brianna Duffield
As we mentioned, Lara will struggle this season. However, the trailer for BDDU Season 3 paints her stew Brianna in a great light. In her first scene, Brianna attempts to help the deck team push a beached tender off a sandbar. However, it does not seem like her efforts helped, as this tender appeared beyond stuck, which, yikes.
In her next scene, Brianna is on deck, serving martinis to her awaiting charter guests. Unfortunately, Brianna does receive a side-eye in this clip, as one of her guests notes that ice cubes are not supposed to exist in any Martini recipe. However, Brianna remains upbeat, as her following appearance shows her smiling back at the bar alongside Lara.
We then see Brianna polishing the cutlery as Lara narrates her expectations. Then, the weather threatens to overtake their outdoor dinner service, sending all hands running to the deck to try and salvage what they can. Yet, Brianna remains smiling as she works, proving she will likely present as a carefree character this season on BDDU.
Oh, Brianna will also likely engage in at least one boatmance as well. In the trailer, she is in the arms of a deckhand whose face we cannot see.
Either way, consider us ready to see what Brianna brings to this series as a stew on Season 3 of Below Deck Down Under.
