Ever since Monique Samuels showed up to a Real Housewives of Potomac reunion with a binder full of drama, everyone has been desperately trying to catch up. According to Andy Cohen, the Season 9 sitdown featured some “surprising receipts.” It sounds like we might be in for something even wilder than the binder.
Of course, this reunion is already treading into unknown territory with Karen Huger sitting out for the first time in the show’s history. Instead, the Grande Dame checked herself into a recovery program. With that in mind, Andy gave a glimpse into what’s to come in the reunion, and he’s setting our expectations pretty high.
RHOP Receipts at the eleventh hour
Andy dished about the upcoming Season 9 reunion during a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live. He had Dr. Wendy Osefo as a guest in the clubhouse, and they both hinted that some unexpected things unfolded when they filmed the reunion earlier this month.
“Karen was not there, per se,” Andy teased, leaving fans to question if Karen dialed in via Zoom call.
Meanwhile, Wendy teased that everyone got their hands dirty. You know it’s hard to catch a veteran Housewife off guard, but Wendy said a lot happened that she wasn’t expecting.
“There was a lot,” Andy added .”By the way, I’m not going to say who, but someone came in with some surprise receipts at the eleventh hour that blew the lid off the place, and you won’t believe who it is.”
It’s teases like this that keep us hooked because now we’re over here trying to piece together who could have possibly shown up with some surprise receipts. The even bigger question is — did these receipts arrive at the reunion in a binder?
