The Valley star Brittany Cartwright is wading into new waters, navigating the single life. The mom and social media influencer separated from her husband and co-star, Jax Taylor, last year. And their crumbling marriage was on full display during the first season of their show. However, life has changed, and Brittany is single momming it now. But she’s not opposed to sharing her life with someone new. They just need to check several of the boxes Brittany is looking for.
Single Brittany Cartwright wants a man who “fits in” with her “crazy lifestyle”
Brittany was an open book regarding her relationship with Jax. And it looks like that continues on in the teaser for Season 2, where they end up separating. After all that drama, it will be nice to see what Brittany has lined up for the next chapter in her life.
What we do know is some of her future plans involve dating. Brittany dished all the details to US Weekly as to what kind of man she is looking for next. And let’s just hope this new partner goes to the bathroom with the door shut this time.
Brittany’s main requirements are someone who can have fun and understand that her son comes first. She said, “Obviously, I’m a single mom, so [my son] Cruz always comes first in my life, so I got to find somebody who fits in with that and my crazy lifestyle as it is.”
She added, “I feel like having fun with your partner is so important. Just somebody who is attentive and does everything that they say they’re going to do and just makes an effort, because we all know on The Valley I was like, ‘Can I just have a date night or something?’ So just somebody who puts in a little bit of effort.”
Still, no one is going to meet Cruz just yet. Brittany shared, “I’m not going to just have guys around my son. That’s not going to happen. But somebody who is open to that and knows that my son comes first is obviously the biggest deal. And just being able to fit into my crazy lifestyle because it’s not normal.”
