The dust is starting to settle from Paige DeSorbo’s split from Craig Conover, and some Summer House fans are ready to see her move on in a major way. A fan recently asked the Summer House star if she’d ever consider leading a season of The Bachelorette. Her answer? Let’s just say it was very on-brand for Paige.
Is Paige DeSorbo ready to hand out some Bachelorette roses?
Paige and Craig announced their breakup in December 2024, paving the way for both of the reality stars to start 2025 with a clean slate. The jury is still out on whether or not this split was mutual. Craig said that it stemmed from Paige wanting to see other people.
With that in mind, the questions about Paige joining the Bachelorette came up during a recent Amazon Live. It seems perfect for someone who wants to see other people and settle down. Right? Not Paige. Without hesitation, the Summer House fashionista shut down the idea.
“Never in my life,” Paige replied. “I would literally have to take seven beta blockers. Are you kidding? That would be tortuous.”
You’d think that with Paige entering her single-girl era, she’d be ready to have a bevy of men served up to her on a platter. Can’t you already imagine her Summer House pals popping up to help her make the tough decisions? However, it sounds like she’d rather do anything but that.
“I don’t think I could ever be the Bachelorette because it’s like 20 straight men in one room — [that] is my literal nightmare,” Paige continued “I would start crying. I would be like, ‘Who let you out of the insane asylum? Get back in there.’ So, no. I could never.”
