Kristen Doute Slams ‘Diabolical’ Lisa Vanderpump for ‘Constant Abuse Enabling Behavior’

Trigger Warning: This article contains discussions of domestic violence charges.

Kristen Doute and Lisa Vanderpump always feuded on Vanderpump Rules. Kristen’s favorite hobby was being suspended from SUR. However, this feud is still raging after all these years. Right now, Kristen has an issue with Lisa’s comments about her ex-boyfriend, James Kennedy.

Kristen Doute says Lisa Vanderpump’s comments made her feel “sick to my stomach”

James was arrested on December 11, 2024, for “domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant.” A neighbor called the police because James and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, were arguing. According to the police log, “Female stated that her boyfriend lifted her up and threw her to the ground.”

Well, Lisa finally spoke out on James’ domestic violence arrest. And not in the way that many had hoped. Lisa reportedly spoke to both Ally and James. “He never hurts her. They were both drinking,” Lisa stated. Then Lisa claimed that Ally had James arrested to “teach him a lesson.” She added, “She regrets what happened with how this blew up.”

Page Six reported that Kristen took to her Instagram Story to sound off. She posted the interview with Lisa from US Weekly, and wrote at the bottom, “absolutely and disgustingly diabolical.”

Then, in a second Instagram Story, Kristen wrote, “i will never, ever be okay with this constant abuse-enabling behavior. to have the audacity to dumb down not only facts but also feelings makes me sick to my stomach.” She added, “to every woman who is a survivor of DV and wasn’t believed or supported, I’m so sorry.”

Kristen Doute and Rachel Leviss claimed that James Kennedy was allegedly violent towards them

Plus, Kristen has alleged that while dating James in 2015, she was a victim of domestic violence. She posted an article about James’ arrest and wrote the word “FINALLY.” Meanwhile, James’ ex-fiancée, Rachel Leviss, also mentioned his behavior in legal papers linked to a lawsuit against Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. Her court documents alleged that James was “prone to violent outbursts and grappling with long-standing substance abuse issues and emotional dysregulation.”

I’m surprised that Lisa didn’t hold James more accountable. Since several women have allegedly experienced violent behavior from James, I think she missed the mark in this case.

Season 2 of The Valley is coming to Bravo “soon.” Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline can be accessed via the nationwide number 1−800−799−SAFE(7233) or TTY 1−800−787−3224 or (206) 518-9361 (Video Phone Only for Deaf Callers). The Hotline provides service referrals to agencies in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

TELL US – WAS KRISTEN’S RESPONSE TO LISA APPROPRIATE? DID LISA MISS THE MARK BY NOT HOLDING JAMES ACCOUNTABLE?
