Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy is pregnant with her second child and she already knows what name she wants for her baby. It’s the perfect way to commemorate her dad and her grandmother at the same time.
Despite hitting the one-year mark since her father’s passing, the grief is still fresh for Madison. She shared another tribute to her dad, Ted LeCroy, on her Instagram commemorating one year since losing him and saying she continues to miss him every day. She also shared that his love and lessons continue to guide her.
A special name for Madison LeCroy’s second baby
And since losing her “superhero,” it’s no wonder Madison wants to keep her father’s memory alive. She revealed that she wanted to save his name for her baby.
“Obviously, with my dad just recently passing, I’m definitely saving his name,” she said to PEOPLE. “And then possibly my grandmother, so his mother’s name.”
Madison and her husband Brett Randle shared the pregnancy news over social media. “The moment our world changed forever.” she wrote via Instagram. “The happy tears, the hugs, the pure joy. It’s a moment we’ll cherish forever.”
The pair shared in November that they were trying for a baby and now the trying has paid off. Madison has an older son, Hudson, from a previous marriage to Josh Hughes. This is her and Brett’s first baby. Having their own little one is a dream come true for the happy parents to be. And Hudson is happy about it too.
It is welcome good news for the couple who have been dealing with health issues. Brett was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2023. He recently shared a health update that they found a kidney tumor too. So the good news really is a welcome bit of positivity for the couple.
