Southern Hospitality takes Las Vegas! Last week, the cast headed to Sin City for Maddi’s show. Since the group just learned about another Will cheating rumor, you could cut the tension with a knife. Brad friend zoned Lake before the trip, but she got revenge by hooking up with a guest at their hotel. Mia surprised everyone by rejoining the cast. Grace Lilly was supposed to join Maddi perform their new song, but as the clock started winding down to showtime, she was nowhere to be seen.
What happened on Southern Hospitality Season 3 Episode 7?

Grace eventually appears at Maddi’s show, but her tardiness is just one issue in their friendship. Mia encourages Will to own his misdeeds. But when he finally apologizes for that, he and Emmy are confronted with the latest round of cheating rumors. Love is in the air for Lake and Brad, as well as Maddi and Joe. The latter even say I do. But does the wedding that happened in Vegas stay in Vegas? Here’s what happened on “Not Pretty in Sin City.”
Grace is fashionably late for Maddi’s show

Maddi’s show starts, and Grace Lilly is still MIA. “If Grace doesn’t start ‘Poppin’ It’ in the next five minutes, I’m gonna start popping off,” Joe says.
Maddi puts on a great show regardless, but she didn’t need the additional stress. Grace finally shows up an hour late, right as their song “Poppin’ It” starts. “Some of the greatest performers aren’t always on time, but we wait for them,” Grace says, “I’m the star of the show.” Mia notices Grace’s mic isn’t on, applauding Maddi for the wise move. Everyone’s surprised by how much they like the song.
Afterward, they head to a disco cowgirl-themed dinner. Mia wears a Western Barbie outfit straight from the movie, while Brad introduces his disco alter ego, Chocolate Thunder (named by TJ).
Grace makes excuses for her late arrival. She claims she didn’t know what time she was supposed to be there. But Maddi and Joe were texting her all day. “Sometimes it’s not all about y’all,” Grace fires back. Mia encourages Maddi to put her foot down and stand up to Grace. Maddi admits that she wouldn’t have been surprised if Grace didn’t show up at all. This finally gets Grace to apologize.
Lake’s plan worked on Brad

As they’re all hyped up from Maddi’s show, Brad starts making out with Lake. Lake is thrilled her plan to make him jealous worked. Molly suspects Lake will give him a taste of his own medicine by friend-zoning him twice as hard.
Lake’s not the only one feeling Brad. During one of their crazy Vegas nights, Grace was all over him, though he declined. At dinner the next night, he jokingly keeps his distance.
Mia calls out Will

Mia proves she’s a great friend to Emmy by calling out Will in private for talking behind her back. When Will says he’s ashamed, Mia encourages him to say that in front of the others. She gives it to him straight. “People need to know that you’re a good boyfriend to Emmy, because right now, what’s on the table is that you are not.” When Will stubbornly doesn’t want to give the others the pleasure, Mia asks him to have humility and “bite the f*cking bullet.”
At dinner, Brad commends Joe for standing up for his girl. Mia indicates that it’s Will’s turn. He finally addresses his comments and says he’s ashamed. But he also singles out TJ for bringing it up at Lake Wylie and wants to find healing with him. TJ is still a little skeptical and feels like he doesn’t know his friend anymore.
Once the conversation that should’ve happened weeks ago is settled, Lake brings up the current Will and Emmy gossip.
Lake brings up the cheating rumors

Remember how TJ and Maddi wanted to wait to bring up the latest cheating rumors? Well, Lake is tired of waiting. She puts Austin on the spot. He repeats the bathroom rumor and adds that he later heard Will cheats with multiple girls. Predictably, Emmy has yet another meltdown, although she has a point that she can’t catch a break. She is mostly preoccupied with Will not getting a chance to defend himself.
Lake is over Emmy’s “pity party” and calls her “delulu.” Michols is there for Emmy, giving her his hand to squeeze so she can calm down. But in a confessional, he says Emmy is so committed to her five-year plan with Will, she can’t handle anything that might threaten it.
Will has his own theory behind the rumors. The next morning, he says Austen’s girlfriend’s brother bullied him at orientation for being on Southern Hospitality, calling him “Bravo boy.” And the bathroom cheating rumor? Will thinks the brother is trying to start something by reproducing the same rumor from last year.
Emmy repeats this to Mia and Maddi, claiming it’s because law students are “competitive and mean.” When Emmy rants that it’s because there are only so many spots, Mia jokes, “Yeah I saw Legally Blonde once.” In confessionals, Maddi, Mia, Joe, and Brad all proclaim this story “bullsh*t.”

Amidst all the drama, the Southern Hospitality cast has some fun Vegas adventures. Some drove Ferraris on a race track. Others took a helicopter over Vegas. Grace asks if they saw Mount Rushmore, not realizing that’s in another state. TJ got a hot dog tattoo to celebrate his new wiener business. Grace says she wanted a tattoo that means wisdom because her shaman says she has a lot of it. Molly jokes that man must be a scammer.
For their last dinner on the trip, the restaurant treats them to (non-alcoholic) espresso martinis with Maddi’s name and face on them. Michols channels Heather Gay by suggesting a game of “who do you trust the least.”
Grace under fire

Will’s off the hook because Molly immediately points to Grace. Turns out Grace slept with Season 2 star Oisin while he was living with Maddi. At the time, he was also friends with benefits with fellow housemate Eva. In Grace’s eyes, they were both single. But Eva felt betrayed. Because Eva and Grace are her two best friends, this has become a huge issue for Maddi.
Maddi says that Grace lied to Eva’s face. Grace calls Maddi fake and accuses her of not having her back with the other girls. But we cut to a flashback of Maddi doing just that. Everyone calls out Grace for treating Maddi this way. Grace argues that Maddi doesn’t talk to her, but Maddi says they speak on the phone all the time. Joe is tired of seeing Maddi hurt by this lopsided friendship.
Joe can’t help falling in love with Maddi

Joe has one last surprise for everyone and takes them all to a wedding chapel. He decided to prove his commitment to Maddi with a (symbolic) Vegas wedding. Complete with an Elvis officiant.
Joe repeatedly emphasizes it’s not real. Still, Maddi wishes he told her first, so she could wear a white dress. But she does find a wig that matches her pink dress. Molly, a wedding planner, also wishes she had more notice. Brad says that it’s a little rushed, considering Maddi was “in love with Trevor like a week ago.”
During the ceremony, Grace is sobbing as if it’s real. She’s emotional about fighting with Maddi just before her first wedding, even a symbolic one.
Elvis makes Maddi promise to keep Joe “all shook up.” Joe swears to be a “hunka hunka burning love.” Joe hopes they’ll have a real wedding soon. Despite her past relationships, Maddi doesn’t find the future scary now that she has one with Joe. He carries her out the chapel and they head back to Charleston.
Southern Hospitality airs Thursdays on Bravo.
