It’s hard to believe that Vanderpump Rules is finally being rebooted. It’s been a long time coming, and a fresh cast will do the show good. So, what better way for them to be prepared than to chat with some OGs from the show? Well, that’s exactly what happened, according to Scheana Shay. The VPR alum recently dished about giving advice to the new SURvers and her thoughts on the upcoming season.
Scheana Shay says she knows “a couple of the girls” in the new cast and talked to one “for so long”
The new season of VPR definitely sounds promising. Lisa Vanderpump hinted the cast are a bunch of “young little minxes.” That already makes it sound like there is going to be major relationship drama. And let’s hope these minxes skip the self-producing that the old crew allegedly did.
Thankfully, they have Scheana to steer them in the right direction. After all, she’s the only one who can advise how to hang a TV in under seven minutes. Scheana spilled the tea about chatting with some of the cast during the February 14 episode of her Scheananigans podcast.
She stated, “I do know a couple of the girls who have been asked to do the season.” Scheana added she ran into some of them at SUR. She said, “I was even there last week, my girlfriend from high school and I went out with Captain Jason [Chambers] and a friend from Bravo and we ended up at SUR, Craig’s, Cecconi’s, and the Abbey.”
She continued, “We made our West Hollywood rounds and when we were at SUR, one of the girls was asking me for advice and I just talked to her for so long.” Sadly, Scheana didn’t spill the tea on the advice she gave.
However, she did share she’s looking forward to watching them be messy. Scheana said, “But even if it’s a flop or even if it is a success, either way, I am happy they are getting their shot for at least one season. I am so happy for them and I do kind of want to watch the hot mess at SUR that was once us.”
