With such a busy schedule, it isn’t a surprise that Amanda forgot to respond to the pop singer. But what exactly was the conversation about?

Amanda should have known never to leave the queen waiting. But the Summer House star recently revealed that she let Rihanna’s message sit unread in her inbox for over a year. On the February 19 episode of the Conversations with Cam podcast, the 33-year-old revealed how she reacted when she noticed that the Disturbia singer had slid into her DMs. She told host Cameron Oaks Rogers and listeners, “I was so afraid and depressed that I didn’t respond!” She then admitted, “I swear to God. She said, ‘You’re my fave tbh.’” Thankfully, Amanda eventually figured out what to say.
The graphic designer said, “I finally responded. I said like, ‘I love you, queen,’ with an umbrella emoji.” Sadly, Rihanna has yet to reply to Amanda now, and the Summer House star thinks she has missed her chance at an in-depth conversation. Amanda hinted she was in the midst of a depressive state, sharing, “It was so bad. I was like so overwhelmed. I was like, ‘What do I say?’” Even though Amanda might have missed her chance, she is moving on to exciting things. She recently launched her swimsuit line and is now concentrating on working on adding more to the website.
Who knows, maybe Rihanna will be a loyal customer soon.
