It’s been a long journey for Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as she navigates her separation from Mauricio Umansky and figures out life on the other side. She’s taken many steps in their post-separation life but one of the steps she hasn’t taken yet is visiting his new condo. But it isn’t because she’s avoiding it.
Although it sometimes feels like Kyle and Mau just announced their split, quite a bit of time has passed. And we are seeing more meaningful conversations between the two of them on the latest season of RHOBH.

As promised, fans are seeing more of Kyle and Mau tackling their post-split life. These include talks about potentially selling the family home and even Kyle finally removing photos of her and Mau from her bedroom. It’s baby steps, but progress.
One of the things Kyle hasn’t done yet though, is go to see Mau’s new condo. Mau moved out of their shared home in 2024 and as of today, Kyle still hasn’t been to visit. But the reason isn’t as scandalous as some people might think.
“I still have not been to Mau’s condo,” she admitted during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show. “And, once again, it’s not intentional. It just hasn’t worked out.”
It’s probably a question she gets asked a lot. And it seems like there hasn’t been any reason for her to visit. Although there may be one soon. “Actually, now I have my valuables that I sent there because of the fires, so I can whenever I want to get them,” she said. Her daughter Portia Umansky dropped them off.
So she may be visiting soon. However, she does admit that while she hasn’t been avoiding Mau’s new place, it will probably be weird seeing it in person.
“I do think it would be a little weird going over there and seeing a bachelor pad,” she admitted. “I don’t know that life of his and that part of him. Whenever I see pictures of him on the internet out and about, it looks, in my mind, like two different people to me. So it would be weird.”
But she was quick to clarify, “But that’s not why I’m not going.”
