When we first met Aaron Phypers on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Denise Richards introduced him as her handsome new hubby who occasionally found himself being chased down by Big Pharma, but are the happy couple still married?
Since their Bravo introduction, we’ve watched the marriages of their RHOBH co-stars crumble one after another. However, Denise and Aaron aren’t going to be another statistic. They’re still going strong, and they plan on keeping it that way. Denise’s divorce from Charlie Sheen gave her enough drama to last a lifetime.
Denise Richards will “never get divorced” from husband Aaron Phypers
Denise and Charlie tied the knot in 2002 before she filed for divorce in 2005. At the time, she said their relationship had turned toxic. Today, they’re on good terms for the sake of their two daughters.
During the premiere episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, Denise spoke to Camille Grammer about the difficulties of navigating a public divorce. They’ve both been down that rocky road.
“The judgment from other people and being made out to be this awful woman,” Denise said, to which Camille added, “We get tossed to the curb.”
With that in mind, Denise vowed to never get divorced from Aaron, and it turns out, he’s on the same page. Aaron was previously married to Nicolette Sheridan. That divorce wasn’t as big of a deal as Denise and Charlie’s, but still. Why go through the hassle?
“Yeah, I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f*cking get divorced,” Denise told Aaron in a confessional.
“No, we’ll just have different homes or something,” Aaron said. “But we’re not gonna hate each other.”
