In her post, Doechii mentioned that the first album she listened to was “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” The studio album holds fond memories for the singer as her mom played tracks from it while dropping Doechii off at school.
According to a recent video, before bringing the rapper on stage, Hill told the crowd, “I want to introduce y’all to another sister, another beautiful sister.” The duo performed “Doo Wop (That Thing)” together, setting the stage on fire with their impeccable performance. They brought a little bit of everything to the stage, delivering strong vocals as well as smooth rap during their performance.
Doechii wore an almost all-denim fit to the Miami festival. She paired a stringy bikini with jeans and a denim jacket. While the bikini top was on full display, the strings of her bikini bottoms were barely visible above her jeans’ waistline. She topped off the look with a chic beret, opting for a pair of platform heels for her footwear.
The rapper also added statement-worthy hair beads to her braids and funky hoop earrings, which completed the cool-girl look. Keeping her glam for the night quite minimal, she went with glossy lips and a heavy dose of blush to add some rosiness to her cheeks.
