Dorit Kemsley remains separated from her estranged husband, PK Kemsley. However, this Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has officially removed her wedding ring from her finger. Her reason for this is simple, albeit sad. Nevertheless, separations and divorces are tricky, so good for Dorit to try and make herself feel whole during this time.

Dorit recently appeared on the RHOBH After Show for Season 14, Episode 15. At her side was Bozoma Saint John. These two instantly clicked on Bravo. Being a friend and confidant of Dorit, Boz immediately noticed that her pal was no longer wearing her wedding ring to PK.
In response, Dorit explained, “So, when we first separated, I had them on and I couldn’t take it off. It felt so weird. I couldn’t. It was like 10 years I had them on and never took it off.”
Wearing her wedding ring became so second nature that Dorit “didn’t think about it.” But once her ring finger started making headlines, Dorit knew something had to give. “The paparazzi [started] following me around, and then I would see [headlines saying] ‘She’s still wearing her ring.’ So, it was something that [got] brought to” my attention,” Dorit explained.
But then, their separation started growing messy. “I think I was just so hurt and so upset, processing and realizing, ‘OK, this is real,'” Dorit told Boz, failing to note any specific incidents that triggered her ringless reaction. “I just thought, ‘You know what? It doesn’t feel right to wear this anymore.’ And I put it away,” Dorit expressed.
Neither party has filed for a divorce. So, anything can still happen here. But, as Dorit noted, she never wanted “a divorce,” so she is not “the one in control. Truthfully, PK’s calling the shots.”
But, as PK noted on RHOBH, he and Dorit must reignite their friendship first.
