Several castmates of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have been burglarized at some point. Now it seems it’s Lisa Rinna’s turn. The former RHOBH star has been robbed three times in six weeks.
This is not uncommon for housewives of all franchises like Atlanta and even Dubai. Fans believe that the Bravolebrities are targets because their level of wealth is known to the public and their celebrity status makes it easy to track them and find out where they live and where they’ll be.
RHOBH alum Lisa Rinna was robbed multiple times in less than two months
“We were robbed one night in Sherman Oaks. And then we were robbed again, maybe ten days later,” Lisa shared on her new podcast Let’s Not Talk About the Husband with husband Harry Hamlin. “We were robbed three times in six weeks.”
Harry corroborated her story and added, “And one time we were robbed while we were on national television, live on the Today Show.” He added, “That was the third time. I was standing backstage getting ready to go on and all of a sudden my phone rings.”
He would have normally not answered but noticed it was ADT calling. And Lisa explained he took the call.
“We were walking across the stage to the cameras at that very moment,” Harry explained. “And they asked ‘What are you doing on the phone?’ and I said, ‘I have to. Our store is getting robbed right now.’”
Lisa called all the robberies “unf*cking-believable” and she’s not far off the mark. Fortunately no one was hurt and they weren’t home when it happened.
Lisa’s co-star Dorit Kemsley was robbed in 2021 at gunpoint in her home while her children were sleeping. It was a terrifying ordeal and while she was grateful no one was physically harmed, it still took her a long time to get over the trauma.
