Is Gia Giudice Moving Out of Mom Teresa Giudice’s House?

Gia Giudice is happily nestled in the family home that she shares with her famous mother, Teresa Giudice, and Teresa’s husband, Luis Ruelas. The Real Housewives of New Jersey honorary member grew up with three sisters in a quintessential Italian American home and is no stranger to a full house.

But with her newfound success as a podcaster, influencer, and star of her own reality TV show, Making It In Manhattan, it was time to rethink her living situation. Gia discussed the issue on her podcast, Casual Chaos recently.

Gia Giudice is in “no rush” to leave mom Teresa Giudice and step father Luis Ruelas’ home

“After college, I moved back home, I don’t have an urgency to move out right now. I have everything I need at home. I know people that stay home until they get married. But I make my own money, I do my own thing,” Gia shared during the March 24 premiere episode of her podcast.

The deciding factor will be if she and boyfriend Christian Carmichael decide to move in together. They have been a couple since 2019.

“I just don’t see the urgency to move out. The only reason why I want to move out is to move in with Christian,” Gia explained. “So when we’re both ready, that’s gonna happen.”

Life at home with Teresa is just too good. The RHONJ original star is the published author of several cookbooks after all.

“I get amazing meals cooked by my mom. And my dog [is there] — I love my Bella,” Gia gushed. “And just being home with my family, I honestly love it.”

Frankly, Christian “loves” being around her family himself. He also hails from a house with four siblings. Gia revealed, “We have very similar home dynamics where it’s fun being around your siblings and your family.”

Gia wanted to make it clear that she is financially independent, despite living with Teresa and Luis. She said, “As much as I’m living at home, I do my own thing all the time. I’m in and out of the city. I’m working every day. There are days where I barely see my house.”

Gia stills enjoys family life alongside her youngest sister Audriana

And Teresa is happy to have her eldest daughter living at home. Only 15-year-old Audriana Giudice remains. “And my mom doesn’t want me to move out,” Gia shared. “I still help around the house with my sisters, Audriana is still home. I don’t know, I’m just in no rush.”

She continued, “It’s just kind of whenever Christian and I are ready. We talk about it all the time, we look at apartments and houses all the time. It’s not like it’s not on our radar but we also don’t need to jump into it next week.”

Gia teased that when the “time comes” her listeners will be the first to know. She called it potentially a “front-row seat” for those following her podcast.
