Lisa Vanderpump is no stranger to problems with employees. And she needed those skills during Season 2 of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa. To pamper and spoil her guests, Lisa brought along 18 staff members to a 12th-century castle in Italy called Castello Rosato. And let’s just say that living together and working together didn’t bring out the best in some of the cast members.
Arguments about work ethic (or lack thereof) and a competition to impress Lisa and take home a fat bonus contributed to the drama. The restaurateur planned to give $30,000 to the most extraordinary employee. Plus, the winner would also receive a job opportunity at one of her establishments. Nice!
However, several of Lisa’s hand-picked staff members didn’t live up to her expectations. And let’s face it, Lisa’s expectations were high. She insisted that business from the back of the house not make its way to the front of the house. The most important rule for Lisa was that nothing would infringe upon the guests’ experience.
As usual, some of the staff members couldn’t cut it and were let go. So, who was fired during Season 2 of Vanderpump Villa?
Bridget Keefe – Sous Chef

Bridget Keefe was a newbie to Vanderpump Villa. The sous chef trained at a Michelin-star restaurant and has her own catering business. Bridget was working in the kitchen with Chef Anthony Bar and two new cooks, Dominic DeAngelis and Ashley Angel.
While preparing tea for Lisa and Stassi Schroeder, her treasured VIP guest for the summer, Bridget burned something in the oven. “I have [a] big doubt about Bridget,” Anthony said in his confessional. “I’m like, ‘Okay. There is something wrong there.’”
However, it was Bridget’s job to turn on the oven before Anthony arrived. “I don’t know how to work the oven, and I’m a sous chef,” she told some staff members. Oof. And when Anthony confronted her, she said that Anthony should teach her how to use the oven. “Right now, you clearly don’t have the skills to be a sous chef,” Anthony told Bridget.
Of course, Lisa called Bridget to her office. “I have to say, talking back to Chef, being argumentative with Chef, doesn’t work with me,” Lisa stated. “I don’t think this environment is good for you.”
Bridget replied, “I’m sorry. I did let you down. There’s no excuse.” Just like that, the kitchen was out of the frying pan and into the fire with one less worker.
Aidan McHugh – Server

Aidan McHugh was also a newbie to Vanderpump Villa. He has always worked in hospitality and was into forming connections with people. The server was also into working out, taking naps, partying, and not being a team player.
And during the dinner for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast, he didn’t feel well and retired to his room, leaving Hannah as the only server. Miraculously, he recovered enough to hit the after party and “entertain” the guests. And by that, I mean he got naked and jumped in the pool.
However, later that evening, guest Layla Taylor was asking questions about the bartender, Sam Terry, whom she kissed. Aidan answered her questions, but he kept trying to get her away from the cameras. After that, he took off his microphone and dissed the staff. Layla told staff member Hannah Fouch that it made “her uncomfortable.”
When Lisa met with Aidan, she was pissed. She slammed him for trying to isolate Layla. “And I believe that you have been shirking your responsibilities,” she added.
Aidan asked what “shirking” meant, and Lisa instructed him to “look it up in the dictionary.” She continued, “Whatever you’re doing is not working for you, and guess what? It’s not working for me, either. We are dunzo. Dunzo.”
Somehow, Aidan didn’t get the message. “What do you mean, dunzo?” he asked, looking bewildered. “We are f*cking finished, how about that?” Lisa fired back. Message received!
Marciano Brunette and Hannah Fouch – Servers

Hannah and Marciano Brunette dated during Season 1 of Vanderpump Villa. They also earned a spot-on comparison to Jax Taylor and Stassi’s toxic Vanderpump Rules relationship. There was plenty of screaming and crying.
For Season 2, the duo rolled into the castle as exes. Some bickering and yelling earned the duo a warning from Lisa.
However, that wasn’t what destroyed their Castello Rosato dreams. Events coordinator Sianna Renee was in a seemingly unhealthy relationship with Siadi from guest services. After a night of drinking, Sianna was crying on Hannah’s shoulder. So, Hannah decided to have a chat with Siadi at 2 a.m.
Instead, Siadi told Hannah that he would speak with her in the morning. However, another staff member told Hannah that Sianna was vomiting, and Siadi blamed it on Hannah.
So, Hannah and Marciano marched back to the couple’s room. Siadi was sleeping, or pretending to be, while the couple yelled at him. Then, Hannah went into the bathroom while Sianna was naked in the shower. Before leaving, Hannah told Siadi, “I would sleep with one eye open.”
The next morning, the servers faced Lisa. “There are lines. There are rules, not just in this castle, in life,” Lisa told the former couple. “Of common respect, of decency, invasion of privacy, and you crossed every one of them. You have to pack your bags, and you have to go.” So, Hannah and Marciano’s fresh start resulted in a messy ending.
Sianna Renee – Events Coordinator

The Sianna that viewers saw at the start of the season was bright and charming. She shared that she provides for her mom and her sister with special needs, and was once homeless. However, she ended up linking up with Siadi the first night, and then the gaslighting started. Whenever she tried to talk to him or stand up for herself, he just dismissed her.
After Sianna told some guests that Chef was upset because they hadn’t been brought down to breakfast yet, Lisa called her into her office. As soon as Lisa started speaking with her, Sianna crumbled.
She started sobbing, and Lisa held her in her arms. Lisa told Sianna that she should leave Siadi because she doesn’t deserve to be an emotional wreck. So, Sianna broke up with Siadi and moved out of his room.
Eventually, Siadi wiggled back into Sianna’s good graces. However, when he was angry with her or dismissive, Sianna couldn’t concentrate on work. She didn’t participate as much as other staff members and seemed preoccupied and sad. However, the staff refused to give out any more passes because of Siadi and Sianna’s drama.
When some guests had a ghost-hunting event, Sianna dipped out early to go to bed because she wasn’t feeling well. After the guests told Lisa that Sianna didn’t interact with them, the writing was on the wall.
Of course, Lisa was concerned about Sianna’s mental health. “I don’t believe this is the right environment for you,” she told Sianna. In her confessional, Lisa shared, “I feel sorry for Sianna. Sianna’s in a totally dysfunctional relationship, and I don’t want to see that.” Neither do we.
Siadi – Guest Services

While Siadi was far from popular with the other staff members, the guests adored him. According to Siadi, winning the $30,000 “is a slam dunk.” Well, that all changed the last night of the final guest group’s stay.
While showing off his card tricks, Siadi started to become aggressive. Then, he started bragging about his bedroom skills, and the guests described his comments as “vulgar.”
However, Siadi wasn’t done imploding his experience at the castle. He followed a woman up to her guest room, asking if she had a boyfriend. And, finally, after the guests asked Siadi to leave their room, two staff members told him to go to bed.
Viewers heard the sound of glass breaking, saw broken glass in the hall, and saw Siadi being pushed away from the area by castle security. While in his room, Siadi tried to play innocent. “You threw water,” the security guard said. “I saw.”
The next morning, Lisa listened to the guests recount their debacle of an evening, thanks to Siadi’s behavior. Then, when it was time to bid goodbye to the guests, Siadi didn’t show up.
Once Siadi was in Lisa’s office, she didn’t hold back. She informed Siadi that his actions “f*cked this whole experience up for those people.” Lisa continued, “So here am I, with guest services, who’ve made the entire group feel embarrassed. Right now, I think with the whole situation, I have to let you go.”
Siadi responded, “Understood. I think the next guest services will be just what you need.” Welp, at least Lisa only had to fire six staff members this season.
Vanderpump Villa is available to stream on Hulu.
