Camila Cabello recently dropped the dates for the Yours, C Tour. This seemingly shaded Katy Perry for her space trip, where she announced the Lifetimes Tour setlist. The former seemed to take a dig at the latter’s Blue Origin flight, for which Perry received much criticism. The singer joked that since she did not have the budget to pull off the same stunt, she had to resort to announcing her tour dates more conventionally.
Camila Cabello takes a dig at Katy Perry in tour date video
On April 23, Camila Cabello took to TikTok to announce the dates for her Yours, C Tour, all the while taking a sly dig at Katy Perry’s recent trip to space, where she announced the setlist for the Lifetimes Tour. Although the singer seemed to be shading Perry, she cleared the air in the video’s caption, writing, “@Katy Perry hehehe ily.”
In the short clip, she held a printout of a poster from her tour, showcasing the dates for the same. She jammed to Perry’s song “E.T.” in the video, swaying from side to side while holding the poster. Cabello also made sure to tag the pop star in her caption, where she made it clear that it was all fun and games.
She stated in the in-video text that she “didn’t have the budget to fly to space,” so she had to promote her Yours, C Tour using TikTok instead. The tour will commence on June 21, beginning with a performance in Spain. Then she will head on over to Asia, Australia, and South America.
Cabello revealed the tour dates for the European leg of her tour in the TikTok video, with three shows scheduled for Spain. She will wrap up June with two performances in France, following it up with shows in the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Poland, the U.K., and Ireland. Yours, C Tour will be the singer’s first tour in about seven years.
