The former couple, who co-parent their three kids, son Samuel, and daughters Violet and Seraphina, has remained a consistent presence in each other’s lives, but a “source” revealed to RadarOnline that Miller’s fed up with Affleck’s “meddling.” Reportedly, the actor now wants to maintain a working relationship with Garner, whose partner has “just about had it.”
Just last month, Page Six learned from an insider that Miller disapproved of Garner and Affleck’s hugging photos from their son’s 13th birthday celebrations. He allegedly found it “disrespectful to their relationship” and even gave her an “ultimatum” that another instance like that would leave him with “no choice but to walk away.”

RadarOnline learned from a “source” that Jennifer Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller, objects to Ben Affleck’s wishes to maintain a working relationship with her. “John has just about had it with Ben’s meddling,” claimed the insider, citing Affleck’s recent attempt to relive onscreen moments like those from 2003’s “Daredevil.” The superhero film was the former couple’s second time working together – they first met on the set of Pearl Harbor two years before – while they were in separate relationships.
As per the source, if Affleck and Garner were to work together again, the film would recouple the former’s studio partner Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso. Barroso’s presence also proved essential in the process as their friendship could “make it very easy for Garner to work with Matt and Affleck’s studio.” The insider also noted how she could get her “own projects done,” given her “special voice as a filmmaker” and flair for “romantic comedies and feel-good stuff.”
However, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s potential work relationship could come at a cost. Sources have previously disclosed her boyfriend’s concerns over her closeness with the “Batman” actor, including when the outlet learned it drove the couple to therapy.
Now, an insider revealed how working for her ex-husband’s studio “would be a no-brainer” because she knows “where to draw the line” in case he “blurs the boundaries between them.” However, it might not be “enough to keep John happy.”
