Born on September 11, 1984, in Lake County, Florida, Ginger gained fame as the runner-up on the seventh season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She later competed on the second and sixth seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. Ginger has showcased her acting skills in Netflix productions like Dumplin’, Super Drags, and AJ and the Queen, and appeared in Hocus Pocus 2. She has released three studio albums: Sweet T, Gummy Bear, and Double Wide Diva. A versatile performer, Ginger has also toured internationally, hosted events, and is a proud advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. Married to Ceejay Russell, Ginger Minj continues to inspire with her talent and advocacy, recently headlining major LGBTQ+ festivals and releasing a stand-up comedy special, Bless Your Heart.
