Marlon Lamont Wayans is a multifaceted American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer known for his dynamic presence in comedy and film. He gained significant fame alongside his brother Shawn Wayans on the WB sitcom “The Wayans Bros.” (1995–1999). Marlon’s comedic talent shone through in popular films like “Don’t Be a Menace” (1996), “Scary Movie” (2000), and “White Chicks” (2004). His versatile acting skills extend to dramatic roles, notably in the psychological drama “Requiem for a Dream” (2000). Raised in New York City, Marlon was the youngest of ten siblings in the Wayans family, who were Jehovah’s Witnesses. He attended the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts and later briefly studied at Howard University before pursuing a career in entertainment.
