Born in the United States on October 17, 1946, he has built a strong reputation in the business world. Before starting Paradigm Solutions International in 1991, Raymond worked at IBM for 25 years as an Area Staff Director and Regional Manager. His experience at IBM helped him develop his business management and information technology skills. Under his leadership, Paradigm Solutions International became a leader in business continuity management software and consulting services, helping companies and government organizations manage and recover from disruptions. Raymond earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Baruch College and an MBA from Fordham University. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia for his contributions to information technology and entrepreneurship.
