Transitioning through various culinary establishments, Ryan’s expertise flourished as he worked as a sous chef and later for Matthew Kenney Cuisine in Belfast, Maine. His culinary prowess didn’t go unnoticed, leading him to Ocean Properties Hotels Resorts and Affiliates, where he served as a chef until January 2018.
