Sydney Lynn Groom hails from the charming town of Cross City in Dixie County, Florida. As the youngest contestant ever to compete for the title of Miss Florida under the Miss America Organization, Sydney has always shown determination and drive from a young age. Graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education and Communications, she has proven herself to be academically accomplished as well. Sydney’s journey took a musical turn when she pursued her Master’s degree in Tourism and Recreational Management at the University of Florida. Transitioning into the music industry, Sydney ventured into Nashville, Tennessee, where she took on the role of a booking agent at Back Porch Booking. Her passion for music and organizational development led her to become the main point of contact for songwriters and clients within the company, eventually running operations for Entersong Entertainment, LLC.
